We love all of our clients at Mode of Expression Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read.  CANCELLATIONS

To ensure that both parties respect each others' time, please note our cancellation policy: We understand that life can throw unexpected events your way; however, we kindly ask for 48-hours notice prior to any appointment cancellations in order to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee. Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us at 330-227-4811 as soon as possible

We understand that life can be hectic and unexpected things can come up, so we have a running late policy. If you are running late, please give us a call and let us know — we want to make sure that you are still able to get the service you booked for. However if you are more than 15mins late we can not garnetee there will be enough time.  And don't forget to take advantage of our complimentary coffee while you're here!
